What we're looking for: Certified SCA Professionals : Got those fancy certifications from the Specialty Coffee Association? High-five! We love folks who take their beans seriously. Roasting, Green Coffee, Brewing, Sensory Skills : If you're the wizard behind the beans, know your way around green coffee, brew magic, and have a heightened sensory radar, we want you! Bonus points if you can make our coffee taste like a hug in a mug. Why should we hire you if you don't have these extra skills? Convince us!
