If our vibe matches with yours, we'd love to hear from you. Role: The Graphic Designer/Sr. Graphic Designer is a strategic and creative thinker with excellent design skills. The individual will be designing all the graphic design initiatives and executions that support the company’s branding, product messaging & sales objectives. The individual must have 1 - 6 years of work experience, preferably working in an agency or streaming/ OTT platforms, and must have a design-first approach to problem-solving. The role will be of an individual capacity. Create stunning designs and work closely with the creative design leadership. Constantly find creative approaches to solve design challenges, improve creative output and template the workflows of repetitive tasks. Convincing & communication skills to effectively convey ideas, participate in brainstorming ideation meetings and collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Responsibilities: Designing stunning graphic content, illustrations, infographics, presentations and motion graphics Managing & adhering to timelines for all graphic design tasks from conception to delivery. Ensuring brand consistency throughout various marketing projects. Be the liaison between the Graphic Design and other cross-functional teams. Staying up-to-date with industry developments and best practices. Requirements: Must have a problem-solving, customer-centric & design-first attitude. Must work autonomously once a brief is shared, with minimal supervision Must be flexible and adaptable to evolving project requirements and deadlines. Must have a strong understanding of design principles, typography, colour theory, brand, print, motion graphics and layout design. Must have extensive experience & knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects & Figma Must have working experience in an agency or brand-side Should have a great portfolio with design projects Should have excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills Having a degree in graphic design would be preferred BENEFITS AND PERKS: At JioSaavn, we blur work and play, and you get all the perks of a global company.
