- Expertise in business development(B2C)- Proven ability to self-start, take initiative, work collaboratively, and drive results. - Proven track record of meeting/exceeding Sales targets. - Possess excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills. - Must be a "go-getter" ready to take up tough challenges and have a never say die attitude. - Basic understanding of equity markets - Remain motivated and keep a positive attitude under pressure. - Bachelor's Degree in any field - Experience in handling HNI clients is an added advantage. Core responsibilities : - Reaching out to prospects and guiding them through the existing investment opportunities - Intensely following up with the prospects and closing the sales within the sales cycle. - A committed attitude towards the completion of daily inputs and outputs, with the goal of matching (and exceeding) targets. - Looking after the entire sales life cycle, starting from engaging with the large volume of well-qualified leads till the final conversion and subscription - Ensuring accurate and proper record-keeping of call information in electronic and digital format. - Achieving the monthly targets while completing all the input metrics targets - Be up to date with consumer and market trends to ensure better conversionJob tags
