Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Mumbai for an Executive Assistant at Boston Institute of Analytics/Borivali.

The successful candidate will provide seamless administrative support to the organization's executives and maintain a high level of confidentiality while handling sensitive information. The Executive Assistant will also coordinate with various departments and external stakeholders, manage calendars and schedule meetings, arrange travel and accommodation, and prepare reports and presentations, among other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an executive assistant or in a similar role
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
• Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
• Experience in calendar management, scheduling, and travel arrangements
• Bachelor's degree or higher in business administration, communications, or a related field
• Experience in project management and event planning is a plus
