Job description

Key Responsibilities:

'1. Knowledge on CNC VMC Fanuc Controller and PLC (Fanuc)
2.Servicing & Maintenance CNC Vertical machines, WEDM machines, Spark nix make EDM sparking machines and surface and cylindrical grinding machines.
3.Peneumatics and Hydraulics
4.Knowledge of Geometrical Accuracy and Laser calibration
5.Ability to do handle Preventive & Breakdown
6.Knowledge Tracking & Monitoring of MTTR, MTBF
7.Knowledge of Machines (Operation and Maintenance of Machines)
8.Knowledge Preventive Maintenance & Predictive Maintenance techniques.
9.Operation and Maintenance of Transformers & Diesel generators Sets.
10.Operation and maintenance of compressors.
11.Operation and maintenance of UPS and Batteries.
12.TPM known in Plant Maintenance (Total Productive Maintenance)'

Education and Experience:
• Diploma / BE Mechanical : 4 to 8 years in experience In Maintenance

Soft Skills:
1. Basic Knowledge of Auto Cad
2. Knowledge SAP
3.Relevant Electrical & Mechanical skills
4.An ability to work quickly and under pressure
5.Good verbal and written communication skills
6.An understanding of Plant, Machines engineering drawings and principles
7.The ability to manage a varied workload and good problem-solving skills.
