Job Description :The Technical Project Lead will be instrumental in supervising the delivery of PAS solutions, ensuring that all projects not only meet the highest quality standards but are also delivered punctually, within scope, and budget. This pivotal role requires a mix of project management prowess, profound technical knowledge, and superior client management skills.Key Responsibilities :Project Planning and Scope Management : - In collaboration with senior management, define the project scope, objectives, and deliverables, rooted in the project's Statement of Work (SOW).- Formulate detailed project plans to meticulously track progress.- Manage project scope, schedule, and cost adjustments proficiently.Team Coordination and Leadership :- Oversee internal resources and third parties/vendors for seamless project execution.- Lead and inspire project teams, ensuring resource availability and allocation, and conduct team meetings to review project progress/issues.Technical Guidance :- Offer technical guidance, ensuring the PAS solutions align with client requirements and integrate smoothly with other systems, respecting project limitations.Documentation and Reporting :- Maintain comprehensive project documentation.- Compile and convey reports on project progress, potential risks, and outcomes to senior management.Risk Management : - Identify and mitigate potential risks that could jeopardize project success.- Develop strategies to minimize project risks.Client Communication and Relationship Management :- Serve as the main contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.- Maintain transparent and regular communication with clients to keep them informed of progress, decisions, and any adjustments.- Address client needs and expectations throughout the project diligently.Post-Deployment Support : - Manage post-deployment activities, including training, support, and handover, to ensure clients are well-equipped to use and maintain the PAS solution effectively.Continuous Improvement :- Solicit feedback from clients and team members to pinpoint areas for enhancement in project delivery processes and the PAS product.Additional Requirements :- A robust understanding of Postgres fundamentals and cloud technologies, with a preference for Azure.- Demonstrated experience serving as the technical lead on projects, guiding teams through complex technical challenges and decision-making processes.Qualifications :- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.- Over 5 years of proven experience in project management and technical leadership, particularly within the PAS domain or similar.- Strong technical foundation with an emphasis on software development and web technologies.- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.- Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.- Experience in client-facing roles and managing project deliveries within the Indian context.- Adept at leading and motivating teams to achieve high performance and efficiency.
