Job Title: Senior Social Media Manager
Company: LWYD Interactive Location: Bangalore, India Overview: LWYD Interactive, a leading digital agency based in Bangalore, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Social Media Manager to join our team. As the Senior Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive social media strategies for our clients to enhance their online presence and engagement. You will lead a team of social media specialists, collaborate with various departments, and work closely with clients to achieve their business objectives. Responsibilities: 1. Develop and execute innovative social media strategies to increase brand awareness, drive traffic, and generate leads for clients across various platforms including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok. 2. Lead and mentor a team of social media specialists, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure the highest quality of work. 3. Create compelling content calendars and schedules tailored to each client's target audience, industry trends, and marketing goals. 4. Manage social media accounts for multiple clients, including content creation, publishing, monitoring, and engagement. 5. Conduct in-depth social media audits and performance analysis, providing regular insights and recommendations to optimize campaign effectiveness and ROI. 6. Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, algorithms, and best practices, incorporating new techniques and technologies into client strategies. 7. Collaborate with internal teams such as creative, account management, and digital marketing to align social media efforts with overall marketing campaigns and objectives. 8. Act as the primary point of contact for clients regarding social media strategy, performance, and campaign updates, fostering strong client relationships and ensuring satisfaction. 9. Oversee social media advertising campaigns, including budget management, targeting, A/B testing, and performance tracking. 10. Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging platforms to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of the curve in the ever-evolving social media landscape. Qualifications: 1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field. Advanced degree preferred. 2. Minimum 3 years of experience in social media management, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or leadership role. 3. Proven track record of developing and implementing successful social media strategies for diverse clients and industries. 4. Strong understanding of social media analytics, metrics, and reporting tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, Hootsuite). 5. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage client relationships. 6. Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and content creation, combined with a data-driven approach to decision-making. 7. Proficiency in social media advertising platforms (e.g., Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager) and experience managing ad campaigns across multiple channels. 8. Strategic mindset with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment. 9. Up-to-date knowledge of current social media trends, algorithm changes, and industry developments. 10. Experience working in a digital agency or similar fast-paced, client-facing environment is preferred.
