Job Description Order Management Full-time This position focuses on Managed Telecom Solution that requires subject matter knowledge to acquire, provision, and support telecommunications environment. End-to-end capabilities include quote, order management, provisioning, inventory management, activation, invoice auditing, expense management, contract and rate negotiation, and trouble ticket and billing helpdesk services. Specific to Orders, this role requires expertise in ensuring order is verified, keyed, submitted and is completed and flows to billing. The process involves several handoffs and complexities based on the region, customer, product and other variations depending on services sold. As a member of the Team, you will be managing and supporting moderate to complex projects. This group oversees the implementation of 3rdParty Telco Cost savings projects which include TDM and Ethernet. Work with Customers, LEC's/CLEC's, Internal and Off Shore Provisioning along with internal and external Technicians to ensure successful grooms for cost savings while causing as little impact to our customers service as possible. The candidate would interface with clients and vendors to facilitate orders. This role has a customer service function, supporting our clients as they make changes to their telecom environment. Principal Duties and Responsibilities: 8-10+ years of experience in a related operations within telecommunication companies/ industry Must have excellent customer service skills and interpersonal skills Must have advanced level skills in MS Office including Excel and CRM Ability to work under pressure and to multi-task Proactive, self-motivated, and determined attitude Customer focused

with an eagerness to engage when issues are encountered Responsible for the daily operational management of telecommunications including: Project coordination of customer moves, adds, change, and disconnect orders; Managing and prioritizing assigned TDM and Ethernet savings projects Manage and resolve fallout in specialty areas such as circuit provisioning and network builds Background in managing and ordering telco products You must be able to review telecom order packages, submit to carrier, then understand and facilitate project through installation Ensure all documentation and Customer information provided by Sales, Solution Architect, Global Client Services and the Customer is complete Ability to understand, analyze and explain Telco CSRs Coordinate CPE (circuit provisioning) delivery and managed services activation (if applicable) Possess a high understanding of Telecom contracts Supporting Internal and Offshore Provisioning on related orders specific to each project Coordinating, implementing and scheduling interdepartmental activities to ensure on time completion of projects

Review of Daily Responsibilities: Manage and support Customers – New Orders, MAC Orders, Move Orders, Complex Orders and Disconnect Orders, Billing Ticket resolution, Trouble Ticket Resolution, Escalate and Monitor Outages, Project Manage All orders through completion.

You'll need to have: Bachelor's degree or on or more years of work experience. Experience in the Telecom industry Knowledge of TDM and Ethernet products, topology and order flow. Even better if you have:

SFDC tool & processes knowledge 8-10 years of relevant work experience in the Telecom industry Project management skills including planning, issue resolution, relationship maintenance, etc. Experience working with fXO Provisioning Systems & Applications including TBS, APM, NAM and NSA Portal Knowledge of working with Provisioning Systems & Applications including, BGW, 4WM, Mastars and Optima Strong people skills who works well with cross-functional teams Strong verbal and written communication skills Excellent time management and analytic skills
