Are you a meticulous data entry specialist with a strong grasp of accounting processes and expertise in Tally software We are seeking a detail-oriented individual to contribute to maintaining precise and accurate financial records.
Responsibilities of this role include:
- Efficiently enter and manage financial data in Tally software.
- Upload and reconcile sales and purchase invoices.
- Ensure accurate and timely data entry for sales bills.
- Collaborate with finance and accounting teams to maintain accurate records.
- Perform regular data audits to identify discrepancies and resolve them promptly.
- Generate financial reports as required.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Tally Data Entry Specialist or similar role.
- Strong proficiency in using Tally software.
- Knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Strong communication skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Additional experience with other accounting software.
- Certification in Tally or relevant accounting tools.
- Familiarity with financial reporting.
