POSITION NAME: BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT ASSOCIATE ROLES Contribute actively throughout the business development cycle, focusing on strategic positioning, messaging, and compelling storytelling. Drive the success of BD & Marketing campaigns aligned with the company’s strategic goals. Apply innovative marketing concepts to address and overcome organizational challenges. Identify new sales leads and customers, pitch products/services, and nurture existing relationships. Bring fresh, creative ideas to enhance the brand’s reputation. RESPONSIBILITIES Collaborate with teams to plan, develop, and execute impactful marketing initiatives. Lead and complete projects related to branding, content creation, and social media marketing. Assist management in campaign preparation and report generation. Conduct thorough competitive market analysis to identify potential opportunities. Collect and analyze performance metrics to measure progress. Utilize online research, especially on social media, to identify new leads and markets. Reach out to potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and schedule meetings. Prepare engaging PowerPoint presentations and sales displays. Keep clients informed about new developments with the company’s products. SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS MBA in Marketing or International Business Development. Demonstrated curiosity, fast learning, and resourcefulness. Excellent communication and presentation skills, proficiency in Power BI and MS Office. Strong teamwork mindset and the ability to execute programs effectively. Proven ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
