Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for managing the hiring process, developing and implementing HR policies, training and development, administering benefits, employee relations, and ensuring compliance with labor laws.
Qualifications
- Experience in HR management, including recruitment, staffing, benefits administration, and employee relations
- Knowledge of labor laws and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
- Experience with HR software and tools
A successful candidate should possess:
