Job Description
Reporting to the Board Of Directors, you will be responsible for:
- Coordinating with different landlords for drafting and negotiation of Lease agreement
- Conducting due diligence in case of new acquisition -advising on legal risks and monitor regulatory changes and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations
- Drafting of contracts with any third party solution providers, handling human resource related issue related to labour law etc
- Negotiating deals on behalf of the company & protecting the company against legal risks and violations
- Handling company's confidential information and data, building strong relationships with external legal counsel and other legal advisors will be a key element in your role
- Consulting and leading all corporate legal processes such as mergers, compliance issues, transactions, partnerships, and lawsuits and handling medico - legal cases
- Preparing the appropriate legal documents for trial or court proceedings and evaluating new business partnerships with vendors and subcontractors
- Representing the company in legal proceedings, designing and overseeing the company's policy and position on legal matters - advising on legal risks
- Guiding management on regulatory and compliance issues to ensure compliance with legal regulations
- Developing and managing the legal department budget with efficiency and precision
