JAVASCRIPT TEAM LEAD Job Overview: We, at Entiovi, are seeking a talented and experienced Tech Lead with expertise in JavaScript, React/React Native, Node.js/Express.js, cloud technologies (AWS/Azure), and database management. The ideal candidate will lead our technical team, drive software development initiatives, and ensure the successful delivery of projects.
Responsibilities: · Lead a team of developers in designing, implementing, and maintaining scalable and high-performance applications. · Architect and develop robust solutions using JavaScript, React/React Native, Node.js/Express.js, TypeScript, and Expo. · Manage cloud infrastructure and deployment processes on AWS/Azure, ensuring reliability, security, and scalability. · Oversee database management, including MySQL, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB, to optimize performance and ensure data integrity. · Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements, project timelines, and deliverables. · Mentor team members, conduct code reviews, and provide technical guidance to foster skill development and growth. · Stay updated on emerging technologies, best practices, and industry trends to drive continuous improvement and innovation. Qualifications: · Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. ·6+ years of hands-on experience in JavaScript development. ·4+ years of experience in React/React Native development, with a strong understanding of component-based architecture and state management. ·3+ years of experience in Node.js/Express.js development, with expertise in building RESTful APIs and microservices. · Experience deploying applications on cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure. · Proficiency in database management systems, including MySQL, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB. · Familiarity with TypeScript and Expo for building cross-platform mobile applications is a plus. · Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. · Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
