What you will do
Support governance through reporting and dashboarding;
Drive segment/SSD business cadence;
Formalize weekly productivity and metric reports;
Provide program management assistance focusing on governance and KPIs;
Assist in crafting communication materials;
Utilize AWS SQL and Tableau for data analysis;
Independently analyze data to address business challenges;
Collaborate with Estelle on bottomup enablement strategies;
Ensure alignment with Derek s weekly performance meeting;
Apply business acumen to interpret key concepts and KPIs effectively.
Must haves
Experience in sales or business functions with strong business acumen;
Proficient in utilizing AWS SQL and Tableau for effective data analysis;
Knowledge or experience in project/program management particularly in governance KPI reporting and communication drafting;
Ability to independently analyze data to identify and address business problems;
Selfstarter with program management experience capable of supporting various tasks efficiently.
