Project Role : Application Lead
Project Role Description : Lead the effort to design, build and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact.
Must have Skills : SAP HCM Payroll, SAP HCM Compensation Management

Job Requirements : Key Responsibilities :
1. Understand Business process with respect to SAP HCM and SuccessFactors data retention.
2. Design, Build and Testing of system application to meet business requirement.
3. Support and enhance data retention to meet client needs.
4. Analyze, identify system limitations and requirement gaps.
5. Write configuration workbook and Functional specification documents.
6. Develop Test scenarios, scripts, cases and prepare data.
7. Support cutover document preparation, Go live activities and Hypercare support.
Technical Experience : SAP HCM and Success Factors functional experience and expertise in one or more modules. Should have worked Minimum two Full life-cycle implementation of SAP HR or SuccessFactors projects would be of great
Professional Attributes : Good communication skills
Exp : 6+ yrs
