Job Description :Key Responsibilities :- Create and update technical documentation, including user manuals, API guides, release notes, and knowledge base articles.- Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather information and ensure accuracy and completeness of documentation.- Translate technical concepts into clear, concise, and user-friendly content for both technical and non-technical audiences.- Ensure consistency and adherence to style guidelines across all documentation.- Manage documentation projects from inception to completion, including planning, writing, editing, and publishing.- Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing, and continuously improve documentation processes and standards- Familiarity with technical and common office software and documentation tools such as Microsoft Word, Adobe Acrobat, and MadCap Flare.- Experience with feature management tools like Azure DevOps, Jira, and Confluence (ref:hirist.tech)
