IT - Head

Location: Hyderbad

Salary Range: 8-10 lpa

Design IT infra based on the needs of the client

 Configuration of the firewall (Cyberaoam / Sophos / Sonicwall)

 Configuration of L2 and L3 HP / CISCO switches

 Understanding of Internet leased line networks (load balancing etc.)

 Setting up of wifi infrastructure & controllers

 Creation of simple storage on windows and Linux platforms

 Managing IP-based telephony infrastructure. ( Desirable: Opensource EPBX - Elastix/FreePbx)

 Configuring and managing NMS

 Bandwidth monitoring and Bandwidth shaping/committing as per client requirement

 Communication with various CIO, CTO's and vendors for integration of their networks with ours

like VPN tunnels, point-to-point connectivity etc.

 Setting up IPSEC VPN Tunneling

 Technical Support to the L1 engineers for field service and maintaining the SLAs

 Developing and managing the team across the country.

 Co-ordination and negotiation with vendors and maintaining the smooth functioning of IT infra

 Documentation of IT infrastructure

 Support IT director in all the IT strategies

 Weekly reporting on all aspects of IT systems and activities
