Customer-centricity forms the core of our offerings. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement advanced analytics models for predicting customer income, credit risk assessment, and loan defaults.
- Lead a team of data scientists and analysts, providing guidance and mentorship.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and provide data-driven solutions.
- Drive the collection, cleaning, and preprocessing of large datasets.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements in data science and home finance.
- Communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders effectively.
- Ensure adherence to data governance and compliance standards.
Required Qualifications - At least 6 years of hands-on experience in data science, with a substantial part dedicated to financial analytics, predictive modeling, and machine learning. Experience in a senior or lead role is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated expertise in developing and implementing advanced machine learning algorithms, particularly those relevant to financial predictions such as income estimation, credit risk modeling, and loan default prediction.
- Expert-level skills in Python or R for data analysis and modeling. Strong experience with SQL for data extraction and manipulation. Familiarity with big data platforms like Hadoop or Spark is a plus.
- Strong background in statistical analysis and its application in real-world business scenarios. Ability to design and interpret complex data models
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (such as Tableau, Power BI) and the ability to communicate complex analytical insights clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications: - Solid understanding of financial products, especially home loans, and the regulatory environment in India. Experience in credit scoring, risk analytics, or a related field within the financial sector.
- Results driven with strong project management skills, ability to work on multiple projects.
