About : K Consultants LLP, with over 2 decades of experience in the financial services industry, has raised over 3 billion dollars of debt across India. Headquartered at One BKC, Mumbai K Consultants is a boutique financial advisory firm for mid-market corporates across India. We specialize in areas of debt advisory, real estate advisory, restructuring, settlement, stressed asset funding & equity advisory.
What will be your role? Assist Partner & Associates in preparation a concept note for partner evaluation post screening, researching, analysing variety of transactions. Assist Partner & Associates in building complex, dynamic financial models, including cash flow analysis and financial projections. Conduct due diligence on companies and industries, for example - reviewing diligence reports & liaising with various stakeholders. Who are we looking for? A go getter CA/MBA (from colleges like SPJain, NMIMS, Welingkar etc.) with 1 year of full-time experience in banking/transaction advisory in big 5. A self motivated starter & finisher with complex problem solving skills. Resourceful - should be able to work independently with minimal handholding. Should use sound judgement to work with limited information. Meticulous & attention to detail. Superb project & time management skills with proven expertise to deliver in a very dynamic environment. Excellent written & verbal communication to build/maintain professional relationships with clients & institutions. Highly proficient in MS Office (Excel, PPT & Word) & tech savvy. Preference will be given to Mumbai based candidates who are available to join immediately. Career path - Fast track career path to become an associate who can lead deals independently within 1 year. Also candidates will have excellent opportunity to build network within the industry. Location: On site at ONE BKC, Mumbai (with an uninterrupted view of MCA cricket ground :) Reporting : To Managing Partner Travel: Often but limited to only Mumbai Compensation: Upto INR 12 Lakhs CTC for the right candidate. Other Info : 5 Working days with half working day on alternate Saturdays (same as banks).
