Roles And Responsibilities
- Communicating with teams, Managers & relevant stakeholders to identify training needs
- Design content & develop training programs (in-house/outsourced) for existing employees (All levels)
- Induction & welcome training for new joiners
- Train New Joiners
- Conduct sales & servicing training for Tele/Field teams
- Coordinate with SMEs, Admin, HR, and business stakeholders for smooth functioning of training
- Facilitate sessions on products, processes and skills
- Design & share a monthly training calendar
- Track and report completion of training sessions
- Publish monthly/quarterly training reports
- Deliver training updates to the business
- Revise and update the content when required
- Assess instructional quality/impact and determine the impact of training on employee skills
- Gather & report feedback from trainers & trainees
- Host train the trainer for SMEs
- Travel to branches (if applicable) and conduct training programs
- Research & recommend new training methods (eLearning/gamification)
Desired Candidate Profile - Effective verbal, written communication and presentation skills
- language: professional in English, Hindi
- Competency in MS Office especially Excel & PPT
- Should be a team player, proactive, go-getter and energetic
- Experience with eLearning platforms
- Should have good program management skills
