Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Manager located in Dehradun, with some flexibility for remote work. The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the sales team, developing and implementing sales strategies, and meeting sales targets. The Sales Manager will also be responsible for recruiting, training, and mentoring the sales team, as well as building and maintaining relationships with key customers and partners.

Qualifications

• Sales and Marketing skills, including experience in developing and implementing sales strategies and meeting sales targets
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and partners
• Strong leadership and management skills, with experience in recruiting, training, and mentoring sales team members
• Experience in the financial services industry, particularly in the insurance sector, is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software, such as Salesforce
