Job description
Role & Responsibility:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement channel sales strategies aligned with overall company goals and objectives.
- Work closely with channel partners to understand their needs, provide sales support, and ensure alignment with brand guidelines. Create sales assets, tools, and resources to empower partners to effectively market our products.
- Develop compelling sales materials, including sales presentations, brochures, case studies,
whitepapers, and digital content, to support partner activities and engage customers. - Plan, execute, and manage channel-specific sales campaigns that generate demand, create
awareness, and drive leads. Collaborate with partners on joint sales initiatives and co-
sales campaigns. - Conduct regular market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights that can guide the development of effective channel sales strategies.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of channel sales initiatives.
- Regularly analyze campaign performance and adjust strategies accordingly to optimize results.
- Coordinate participation in industry events, trade shows, and partner conferences. Develop
strategies to maximize event impact and ensure consistent brand messaging.
- Manage channel sales budgets efficiently, ensuring optimal allocation of resources across various sales initiatives.
- Collaborate with sales, product management, and other internal teams to align channel sales efforts with overall business objectives. Facilitate communication and information exchange
between teams. - Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners, internal stakeholders, and industry influencers to enhance the company's reputation and market presence.
