Fulfill key role and responsibilities of that of a Service Delivery Specialist â€' depending on regional and/or country requirements
Monitor client satisfaction and identify service improvement plans to address with the immediate service delivery team
Primary Skills
Proven experience in IT service delivery management, with a focus on escalations resolution of complex issues.
Strong knowledge of IT service management (ITSM) frameworks, such as ITIL.
Experience in participating in the resolution of critical incidents and coordinating with cross-functional teams.
Relevant certifications, such as ITIL Foundation, PMP, or related certifications, are highly desirable
Secondary Skills
Degree in computer science or a technology-related field.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Ability to educate a non-technical audience about various security measures.
Effective verbal and written communication skills.
