Job Description

1. Dene the acquisition strategy, liaison with the customer for preselling, RFQ, quotation, negotiation and contracting (LOI )for system and development agreement for new projects inview of increasing RB wallet share

2. Supervise the KPIs (quality, profitability, reviews and delivery), Manage escalations for all projects. Assess the project acquisition reviews/quality Gates and alignment with stakeholders.

3. Execute contractual conditions (ER, RM reconciliations, PCR) Define and Execute strategy for long term sustenance on profitability (ex: Forex, PCR, RMI, ECI, Price claims topics)

4. Formulate sustainable measures or topics w/ areas of improvement from Customer experience index & coordinate for setting up Top management meetings involving
key players, opinion leaders and decision makers to discuss strategic topics and review critical project status in alignment with Central Sales

5. Support market analysis and support/ lead business planning
Assimilate customer strategy & support/ align Bosch strategy w/ focus on further business development for customer strategy meeting (CSM)

6. Develop competencies for the team considering future market requirements.
a) Target setting and reviewing for the team
b) Identify measures to improve efficiency (digitalization,automation etc.)
c) Foster Great Place To Work (GPTW) initiatives within teams

7. Monitoring of delivery fulfillment, Fields quality and Cash receivables

Qualifications

Education
. Bachelors degree in engineering (Mechanical /Automobile/ Industrial Production, Electrical,
Electronics or equivalent)
. MBA in marketing/ Operations/ International Business ( Desirable )
Experience
. 5- 8 Year experience in B2B Sales to Indian Automotive OEMs (Technical Sales, Marketing,
Product Management)
. 3 Year experience in Program Management (desirable)
. Experience in automotive/ auto ancillary

Skill / Competency requirements

. Proficient knowledge in Automotive Industry Landscape, powertrain technologies and Bosch
product/ service offerings
. Basic Business/Commercial acumen
. Proficient in Account Management and expert in Program Management.
Functional skills
. Competent skills in MS Power point, Excel & MS project
. Proficient Negotiation, critical decision making
. Proficient Communication, Presentation and Written skills
. Competent in Customer Strategy Management & Customer Relationship management
