Product Owner – 10-12 years of experience., Stakeholder with good understanding of Agile methodologies and responsible for defining, prioritizing, and ensuring smooth execution of the platform`s features and functionalities.

Responsibilities:

- Backlog Management: Define and prioritize product backlog items, ensuring alignment with business goals.

- Requirements: Collaborate closely with development teams to clarify requirements, ensuring that the team understands the vision for the product.

- Review & Feedback: Review deliverables to ensure they meet the acceptance criteria. Facilitate feedback sessions with stakeholders and respective personas from various tracks to gather insights and continuously refine the product.

- UAT Signoff: Sign off on User Acceptance Tests (UATs) to ensure the product meets defined requirements and user needs.

- Collaborate with the Product Manager to align the product`s vision and strategy.

- Sprint Planning: Own the product backlog and sprint planning in Agile methodologies.

- Collaboration: Work closely with the development team to define and prioritize user stories. Assist on day-to-day decision-making and feature delivery within sprints.'
