At Virtuaal Infrapower, we are on a mission to generate clean energy and enhance local communities with it. We currently have projects under development in Arunachal Pradesh.

We are looking for an Executive Assistant with experience in similar role, preferably in a large organisation.

Full time job role in NOIDA, Sec 18.

In the role of the Executive Assistant you will be responsible for

• Preparing and managing documents in MS Word and MS Excel
• Travel and other logistics arrangements
• Creating presentations for the Board
• Meeting planning
• Attending meetings, keeping minutes, tracking and updating the MD
• Providing summaries of action items to the management team
