Job Summary

1. We are looking for a passionate and experienced F&B Services Trainer to join our team.

2. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the food and beverage sector specifically worked in a Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) Setup, with in- depth knowledge of F&B service standards, techniques, and best practices.

3. The role will involve designing and delivering engaging training modules, conducting hands-on training sessions, and provide guidance on service excellence to ensure consistent delivery of exceptional dining experiences.

Responsibilities

1. Develop and implement comprehensive training programs focused on F&B service standards and etiquettes.

2. Design engaging training materials, presentations, and role-playing scenarios, to effectively communicate service-related concepts and skills.

3. Conduct regular assessments to identify training needs and skill gaps among students, and develop tailored training plans to address these gaps.

4. Provide hands-on demonstrations and practical training to students on various service techniques, including table setup, order taking, food and beverage presentation, and customer interaction.

5. Stay updated with the latest industry trends, service innovations, and customer preferences to incorporate them into the training curriculum.

6. Organize and conduct interactive training sessions to foster continuous learning and development within the F&B service teams.

7. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback and performance assessments, and implement improvements as necessary.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field. Additional certification in F&B service training is preferred.

2. Proven experience as an F&B Services Trainer (in Hotels & QSR), Hospitality Trainer, or a similar role within the food and beverage industry.

3. Minimum 3-4 years of experience required in QSR/Hotels.

4. In-depth knowledge of F&B service standards, techniques, and best practices, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and experience enhancement.

5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively train, mentor, and motivate service staff.

6. Demonstrated experience in designing and delivering hands-on training programs, workshops, and seminars for F&B service teams.

7. Familiarity with various training methodologies, tools, and platforms used for F&B service training.

8. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple training programs simultaneously.
