"Tele sales/Telemarketing/Lead Generation Via Cold Calling: 1Yr+
Age: 29 Below
Qualification: Under Graduate/Graduate
Languages: Good English and Hindi Speaking,Kannada
Salary:  22000 NTH 25K CTC 
Location: Asok nagar (
Incentives: Incentives based on performance up to 20k to 30k
Shift Timings: 10 Am to 7 Pm(Candidate should be ready to extend the shift hours as per business needs)
Week off : Rotational Week off

Candidate Must have an experience into Tele sales/Telemarketing/Lead Generation/Cold Calling
Should be comfortable using headsets / microphones for long hours

Company will be providing leads You need to call those given leads and explain about the products .
Education: 12th pass
Experience: 6months in tele sales or presales ,Inside sales
Age: below 35
Gender: male & female
Work Location : Residency Road (Ashok Nagar)
Communication: English & Hindi , kannada
Salary: 22K Take Home + incentive 25K CTC
PF & ESIC : Yes
Shift timing : 10am to 7pm
Working Days : 6
1 rotational week off will be provided ( Sundays will be working )

• Outbound calling on data collected through lead generation activities/ secondary data sources.
• To fix up appointments with prospective customers.
• Ensure that the maximum number of appointments should be made for a month.
• Scheduling appointments for venue sales and direct sales out of these calls.
• Retention percentage should be monitored on a regular basis.
• A maximum number of appointments should be given to the sales executives.
• Ensure quality of appointments provided to the sales.
• Being updated on new products and services.
