Job description
Job Description :Main Responsibilities :- Analyze, propose a solution and resolve system issues. - Analyse systems and processes to identify enhancement opportunities to resolve system gaps. - Identifies systems deficiencies and performance gaps. - Support the current FICO business processes and design. - Conduct SAP FICO process configuration. - Update and maintain documentation. - Analyze and support end-user authorization requirements. - Support users on change control, systems updates, Unit Testing, System Integration Testing and User Acceptance Testing. - Shall possess an analytical mind and is able to see interlinkages with system solutions and usability.- Adopts a systematic approach to handling ambiguous or complex issues, and actively discusses his/her perspectives to arrive at effective solutions. - Resolve incidents in accordance with the project schedule/Service Level Agreement.- Demonstrate exemplary verbal, written, quantitative communication and presentation skills. Skills and Qualifications :- Have at least 4 years of hands-on experience in daily support & maintenance of SAP S4/HANA or ECC systems - Must have strong functional- Experience on SAP GL, AR, AP, AA and CO modules. - Ability to understand user business requirements from the user perspective. - Ability to perform system debugging is a must. - Experience on ABAP, CDS View and embedded analytics is added advantage - Experience in implementation & rollout SAP S/4 HANA projects is added advantage.
