Roles and Responsibilities :

Oversee day-to-day financial operations and transactions Prepare and present Monthly MIS in an accurate and timely manner.. Conduct variance analysis to identify discrepancies and propose corrective actions. Drive quarterly statutory financial reporting and financials results as per SEBI/RBI guidelines. Collaborate with cross-functional teams Manage and mentor 3-4 team members. Ensure compliance with Ind AS, financial regulations and policies. Analyze financial data, trends and performance to provide meaningful insights and recommendation Review accounting for borrowings, investments and loans. RBI return filings and ad hoc information sharing with RBI as and when required Coordinate and oversee internal and external audits. Preparation of data and information for audit/board meetings Understand, evaluate and propose accounting policies for new products/constructs. Lead process improvements, automation and system enhancements Drive projects for public debt and equity issuances

Skills and Qualifications:

Chartered Accountant with working experience of 4+ years with a relevant articleship experience Good knowledge of Ind AS and RBI NBFC regulations. Candidate should come with exposure to ERP system (preferably Oracle Fusion) Should have worked in preparation & finalisation of Financials or Auditing of the same.
