Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Accountant located in Kolkata. The Accountant will be responsible for day-to-day bookkeeping, managing accounts payable and receivable, reconciling bank statements, and preparing financial statements. The Accountant will also be responsible for budgeting, forecasting, and analyzing financial data.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and procedures
• Experience in bookkeeping, accounts payable/receivable, and financial statement preparation
• Proficiency in accounting software such as Tally and Tally Prime, E- invoicing and E way Bill
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• Knowledge of Indian tax laws and regulations is a plus
