Role And Responsibilities

The Sales Development Representative - US will be an integral part of our Inside Sales team, responsible for driving customer acquisition and revenue growth. As a self-motivated professional, you will thrive in a fast-paced environment and be dedicated to delivering exceptional customer experiences. Key responsibilities include:

  • Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
  • Understand customer needs and requirements
  • Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure
  • Close sales and achieve monthly/quarterly quotas
  • Research accounts, identify key players, and generate interest
  • Maintain and expand the prospect database within the assigned territory
  • Perform effective online demos to prospects

Candidate Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must possess the following qualifications:

  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales
  • Demonstrated track record of over-achieving quota
  • Strong phone presence and expertise in making high-volume calls
  • Proficiency in corporate productivity and web presentation tools
  • Experience working with Salesforce.com or similar CRM
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong listening and presentation skills
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
