Role And Responsibilities The Sales Development Representative - US will be an integral part of our Inside Sales team, responsible for driving customer acquisition and revenue growth. As a self-motivated professional, you will thrive in a fast-paced environment and be dedicated to delivering exceptional customer experiences. Key responsibilities include:
- Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
- Understand customer needs and requirements
- Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure
- Close sales and achieve monthly/quarterly quotas
- Research accounts, identify key players, and generate interest
- Maintain and expand the prospect database within the assigned territory
- Perform effective online demos to prospects
Candidate Qualifications To be successful in this role, you must possess the following qualifications:
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales
- Demonstrated track record of over-achieving quota
- Strong phone presence and expertise in making high-volume calls
- Proficiency in corporate productivity and web presentation tools
- Experience working with Salesforce.com or similar CRM
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong listening and presentation skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
