Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients through regular communication and engagement.
- Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, concerns, and requests, ensuring prompt and satisfactory resolution.
- Proactively identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services to existing clients based on their needs and preferences.
Sales Generation:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth.
- Identify new business opportunities by prospecting and cold calling potential clients within the TW sector.
- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to effectively communicate the value proposition of our products and services.
Market Research and Analysis:
- Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify potential threats and opportunities.
- Conduct market research and analysis to understand client needs, preferences, and pain points, and tailor sales strategies accordingly.
Collaboration and Teamwork:
Collaborate with internal teams, including sales support, marketing, and product development, to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives and deliver exceptional client experiences.
- Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and workshops to share insights, best practices, and lessons learned.
