Job Overview:
As an E-commerce manager for India and International Markets, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth and success of SuperBuddy in the rapidly expanding digital marketplace. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing e-commerce operations and a deep understanding of the Indian and international markets.
Responsibilities:
Market Strategy and Planning:
- Develop and execute comprehensive e-commerce strategies for the Indian and International markets to drive sales and brand visibility.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscapes.
Platform Management:
- Oversee and optimize our presence on e-commerce platforms, with a primary focus on Amazon.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling product listings and implement effective promotions.
Sales and Performance Analysis:
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, key metrics, and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.
- Create and run effective cross-platform marketing campaigns to boost sales, focusing on platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, FirstCry, etc.
- Optimize product listings, pricing strategies, and promotions on e-commerce platforms to increase visibility, improve conversion rates, and drive overall revenue growth
- Utilize analytics tools to assess the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly.
Inventory and Supply Chain Management:
- Work closely with the supply chain and operations teams to ensure adequate inventory levels and timely product launches.
- Implement inventory management strategies to minimize stockouts and excess inventory.
- Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of the complete supply chain to support business operations in the US and Middle East markets
Collaboration and Communication:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and operations, to align strategies and achieve business objectives.
- Communicate regularly with stakeholders on market trends, performance metrics, and upcoming initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience of 3-5 years managing ecommerce operations.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field. An MBA is a plus.
- Experience in managing a minimum monthly spend of 30 lakhs on Amazon.
- In-depth knowledge of the Indian and international e-commerce landscapes.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
