Responsibilities and Duties: Complete daily, weekly and monthly targets Use the CRM and sales automation tools to derive Sales and Reports Generating revenue (Meeting or exceeding sales target) Establishing new business opportunities Reviewing sales performance Making sure demo is coordinated well and conducted on time Usage of technology and computer skills (Excel, Word, Mails, WhatsApp) Managing organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue, and expense controls. Meeting planned sales goals. Tracking sales goals and reporting results as necessary. Overseeing the activities and performance of the sales team. Coordinating with marketing on lead generation. Promoting the organization and products. Understand our ideal customers and how they relate to our products. Research prospective accounts in targeted markets, pursue leads and follow through to a successful agreement Maintain relationships with current clients and identify new prospects within the area you have been assigned. Required Experience and Qualifications: 0-2 years of experience Fluent Written & Spoken English Language Skills Excellent Interpersonal Communication Skills Interest in Sales Knowledge of CRM Multi-tasker Benefits: Exposure to a professional work environment and the opportunity to build your professional network.
