About the Client
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team and play a crucial role in leading and
delivering successful IT and Business Process Reengineering (BPR) projects. As a market leader, we thrive
on excellence and are looking for a skilled professional with a proven track record in project
management, particularly in the realms of IT and BPR.
Responsibilities
1. Lead and manage end-to-end project lifecycles, ensuring successful delivery within scope,
schedule, and budget
2. Utilize Project Management Professional (PMP) certification to bring industry best practices to
project execution
3. Oversee and coordinate IT and BPR projects, demonstrating proficiency in technology, business
processes, change management, stakeholder management, and risk management
4. Manage multiple projects concurrently, maintaining a high level of organization and attention to
detail
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project objectives, scope, and deliverables
6. Act as a liaison between technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring effective
communication and understanding
7. Identify and mitigate project risks, proactively addressing challenges to maintain project
timelines and quality
8. Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability to the evolving needs of projects and the organization.
9. Prepare and present project status reports to key stakeholders, providing transparency and
clarity on project progress
10. Willingness to travel to project sites as needed
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in a Engineering; advanced degree preferred
2. Project Management Professional (PMP®) certification is mandatory
3. Minimum of 5 years of post-PMP certification experience in project management
4. Proven experience managing IT and BPR projects at CMM level 5
5. Strong skills in project management methodologies, IT technology, business process
understanding, change management, stakeholder management, and risk management
6. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks effectively
7. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
8. Flexibility to travel to project sites as required
9. Experience in Logistics or Supply Chain Management is a significant advantage.
10. Prior experience in a SaaS company is desirable
