In this role, you will play a key role in building and nurturing client relationships while executing end-to-end recruitment processes for various projects. You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placing top talent for our clients, maximizing their satisfaction and contributing to our revenue generation strategy.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned clients by understanding their needs, pain points, and industry trends.

Conduct in-depth research to identify and source qualified candidates for open positions.

Utilize various recruitment tools and techniques to efficiently screen and assess candidates.

Conduct insightful interviews and evaluate candidates' fit for the role and company culture.

Negotiate salaries and offer packages to secure top talent for clients.

Manage the entire recruitment process from start to finish, ensuring timely and efficient delivery.

Maintain accurate records and documentation throughout the recruitment lifecycle.

Contribute to the development and implementation of recruitment strategies aimed at driving revenue growth.

Participate in marketing and outreach activities to generate new client leads.

Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.

Qualifications

Minimum of 1 year experience in recruitment or a related field (internship experience considered).

Strong understanding of the recruitment life cycle and different sourcing strategies.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Proactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented with a strong work ethic.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency in MS Office Suite and various recruitment software (a plus).

Passion for building relationships and connecting people with the right opportunities.
