Job description
Coordinate and manage the Company secretarial and legal functions
2. Arranging Board Meetings, General Meetings involving drafting agenda,
preparing reports and recording minutes.
3. Preparing Annual Reports, Notice, Directors Reports.
4. Maintaining statutory records, registers & documents under the Companies
Act
5. Filling of various forms required under Companies Act.
6. Transfer/transmission of shares.
7. Fulfilling all legalities of issue/offer and allotment of shares
8. Review of Compliances with regard to FEMA
9. Drafting and vetting legal documents & agreements.
10. Preparing legal notices, power of attorney, affidavits etc.
11. Review and coordinate for compliances under Factories Act.
12. Review and coordinate for Litigations matters- Labour Law related matters
and section 138 of Negotiable instrument related matters
13. Review and coordinate for MSMED Compliances.
14. Review and coordinate for Compliance of Human Resources Laws and
Policies.
15. Co-ordinate and manage for Welfare Trust related work.
