Job description
Roles And Responsibilities
- Individual should have a sound understanding of operations and should handle the day-to-day
volumes of the assigned tasks.
- Ensure to meet the quality standards as per the given SLA .
- Need to validate, curate, and enrich the data as per SOP.
- Need to be agile in working dynamic work force.
- Escalations to be prioritized and highlighted to the leads/managers on time .
- Coordinate with client POCs to clarify updates and need to have ability to comprehend the content to
make effective decisions .
- Strong mindset to understand the changing needs and ability to adapt.
Preferred Qualification - Graduates from any discipline can apply for the role.
- Candidate must be strong in written and verbal communication in English.
- Expected to have strong business communication skills and ability to communicate with
internal/external stakeholders clearly and concisely.
- He/she must be proficient in MS Excel and should have ability to mine voluminous data for specific
detail according to instructions provided.
- Analytically strong candidates are preferred .
- Must be familiar to navigate in internet and should have ability to research techniques on the internet
and find required information
Compensation: CTC : Starting from Rs.7,000/- | month.
