Job description
The person playing this role would be responsible for selling and up-selling to new and existing clients and providing excellent service in support of team revenue goals.
Location : Bengaluru (Hybrid)
Salary : Join as Partner - (Initially as Profit Sharing; Fix Salary after 3 months)
Responsibilities
- Plan event from start to finish according to requirements, target audience and objectives
- Come up with suggestions to enhance the event's success
- Prepare budgets and ensure adherence
- Coordinate all operations
- Lead promotional activities for the event
- Supervise the event coordinators
- Approve all aspects before the day of the event
- Ensure event is completed smoothly and step up to resolve any problems that might occur
- Analyze the event's success and prepare reports
Requirements
- A bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Business or a related field preferred
- Minimum 5-10 years of sales experience, also min of 3 year experience with Recruitment / Software company
- Creative, problem solver with ability and experience in understanding needs of customers and delivering innovative solutions
- Outstanding written, communication and selling skills
- Strong commitment to sales and service with good interpersonal skills, initiative and follow through
- Great communication skills are a must.
- Able to handle multiple priorities
