Job description


The person playing this role would be responsible for selling and up-selling to new and existing clients and providing excellent service in support of team revenue goals.

Location : Bengaluru (Hybrid)

Salary : Join as Partner - (Initially as Profit Sharing; Fix Salary after 3 months)

Responsibilities

  1. Plan event from start to finish according to requirements, target audience and objectives
  2. Come up with suggestions to enhance the event's success
  3. Prepare budgets and ensure adherence
  4. Coordinate all operations
  5. Lead promotional activities for the event
  6. Supervise the event coordinators
  7. Approve all aspects before the day of the event
  8. Ensure event is completed smoothly and step up to resolve any problems that might occur
  9. Analyze the event's success and prepare reports
