About the Job
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Analyst to join our IntouchCX's Innovation team - IntouchNXT. As a Senior Analyst, you will be responsible for conducting comprehensive research, analyzing complex data sets, and providing strategic insights to support decision-making processes. Your expertise will contribute to the development of data-driven solutions and recommendations that would drive business growth and operational efficiency.
As Senior Analyst, You Will…
- Conduct in-depth research and analysis to identify opportunities and risks
- Develop and implement data collection methods, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of data sets
- Analyze large data sets using advanced statistical techniques and data mining tools to derive meaningful insights
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify key business questions and provide analytical support for addressing them
- Create and present reports, dashboards, and visualizations that effectively communicate complex analytical findings to stakeholders and senior management
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior analysts, promoting a culture of continuous learning and professional development
- Stay up to date with emerging trends and best practices in data analysis and recommend innovative approaches to improve analytical processes
- Collaborate with IT teams to enhance data collection and reporting infrastructure, ensuring data quality and accessibility
Requirements
As Senior Analyst, You Have…
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or Computer Science. A Master's degree is preferred
- Proven experience with a track record of delivering actionable insights and driving data-based decision-making
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets and draw meaningful conclusions
- Proficiency in statistical analysis tools such as Python, R, or SAS. Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Experience in the field of behavioral science is highly desirable
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
