Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in recruitment processes, including candidate sourcing, screening, and coordination of interviews.
• Support onboarding and orientation activities for new hires.
• Assist in maintaining employee records and HR documentation.
• Collaborate with the HR team on various projects and initiatives.
• Contribute to fostering a positive and inclusive work culture.

Requirements:

• Self-driven individuals with a keen interest in HR practices.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
• Owns a personal device for work purposes.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Enthusiastic about contributing to the success of a startup.

Duration and Compensation:

• 6-month internship, subject to alteration based on business needs.
• Performance-based paid internship; no fixed stipend.
