Lead full funnel acquisition marketing
Lead a lean 2-3 member team
Work directly with CMO to create performance marketing plans
Build Data Driven Consumer Insights to Feed into a Strong User Acquisition Strategy
Ownership of Marketing Analytics & Insights
Lead all Performance Marketing Campaigns and SEO
Manage Agency Relationships
The Successful Applicant
7-10 years total experience with min 4-5 min performance marketing
Should have led a 1-2 member team
Experience in ecommerce or omnichannel businesses is a big plus
Atleast last 3 years in a specialist performance marketing leadership role
Hands on and comprehensive knowledge of Performance Marketing Channels (Search, Shopping, Display, Social, Affiliates and others)
Comfortable with marketing tools: Adwords / Doubleclick, Google Analytics, Keyword Planner etc
Grad/Post grad from a tier 1 school is an added advantage
