Job Description -Â
- Analyzing the sales pattern of the stores/online to review the trends of customer buying pattern.
- Responsible for managing the designers on day-to-day basis resulting in improved operational efficiency and sales.
- Planning and handling promotions for allocated designers in coordination with the marketing team.
- Monitoring client orders and alterations which also includes but not limited to guiding and mentoring other merchandisers for solving client issues and chaotic situations.
- Should be able to work with MS Office/ Excel.
- All sales query related to customization for walking clients in all stores + online - ability to handle stores query at same time.Â
- Basic knowledge of Apparel Merchandise.Â
- Excellent verbal and written English.
- Collaborated with other stylists to discuss exciting new trends that could be utilized in the development of showroom displays.
- Performed various sales transactions, prepared special orders & delivered correct merchandise.
- Handled incoming mail, Chats, and completed appropriate actions.
- Candidate preferred with fashion & apparel background.
- Preferred Experience: 2-4yrs.
