Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Executive. The Human Resources Executive will be responsible for HR Management, HR Operations, Employee Relations, HR Policies, Human Resources (HR). They will be expected to manage the day-to-day human resources tasks, collaborate with other teams, and contribute to the development of HR policies and procedures. They will be located in Mohali district.
Qualifications
- Experience in HR Management, HR Operations, Employee Relations, HR Policies, Human Resources (HR)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with labor laws and regulations
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. A Master's degree in Human Resources or related field is a plus.
- Experience working in a staffing company is beneficial
