Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Sales team role located in New Delhi. The Sales team member will be responsible for generating sales and increasing market share by prospecting potential customers, building strong relationships with existing clients, negotiating deals, and delivering outstanding customer service. The role requires a self-motivated individual with excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications
  • Sales and Marketing skills, including lead generation, customer acquisition, and deal negotiation
  • Communication skills, including ability to persuade and influence customers, and to present complex information in easy-to-understand terms
  • Interpersonal skills, including building and maintaining strong relationships with customers and team members
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills, including ability to analyze sales data and market trends, identify opportunities, and propose solutions
  • Goal-oriented and results-driven mindset, with a track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or related field
  • Experience in the consumer goods industry is a plus
