Our program offers tailored courses for children in grades 1 to 12, covering crucial SEL skills inspired by CASEL's well-researched Social Emotional Learning (SEL) Competencies and the latest findings in neuroscience & psychological concepts which makes it a mental health education program. Our mission is to implement our education program in schools nationwide, working tirelessly on preventive strategies. Our goal is to equip children with the skills to face challenges confidently and make responsible decisions for a brighter future

Role Description: Sales Program Manager

This is a full-time position at The Mind Sync Kids Program, involving extensive travel. The Sales Program Manager will oversee program sales, drive revenue growth, build and manage key education partnerships, and supervise project management. Day-to-day tasks include developing sales strategies, analyzing program performance data, and providing analytical insights to the team.

Qualifications:

• Experience in sales and business development, preferably in the education or mental health sector.
• Prior experience working with schools or education stakeholders is a plus
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Education, Psychology, or a related field.
• Program Management and Project Management skills.
• Highly motivated, organized, and able to work independently and remotely.

Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct compelling program presentations to schools, articulating the benefits of our Mental Health Education Program.
• Generate sales leads and proficiently close deals with schools.
• Collaborate seamlessly with channel partners, cultivating positive relationships.
• Develop and execute strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Ensure successful adoption and integration of the mental health education program in schools.

We are looking for someone with:

• Proven ability to establish and maintain robust relationships within the education sector.
• Exceptional presentation and communication skills.
• Results-driven with a focus on achieving sales targets.
• Ability to close deals with schools.

Salary Range:

30,000 to 40,000 INR per month + incentives.
