Sangoma is looking for talented, self-motivated QA engineers to join our fast-paced, ever-growing organization.
As a key member of Sangoma's QA Engineering Team, you will be responsible for the design and development of Sangoma's QA platform, developing QA automation and python based test cases, as well as manual scenario setup and load performance testing.
The successful candidate will be required to overcome an extremely steep learning curve without a formal training process. Therefore the Candidate must be capable of quick and efficient self-study.
This is a permanent position located in our Bangalore, India office.
Working in a fast-paced growing company requires that candidates be self-starters, fast learners with excellent critical thinking and reasoning abilities.
Your Role: - Testing of our VOIP based products.
- Design and Develop QA test cases based on FreePBX/PBX, Sangoma Phones, Sangoma Mobile applications, etc.
- Be a part of a full QA development process from conception, design, automation, and execution.
- Full Linux development environment with exposure to Linux Administration and system development.
Your Background: - Must have Testing experience of VOIP/Telecom product.
- Must have knowledge in VOIP, SIP, RTP protocols.
- Must have hands-on experience in writing sipp scripts.
- Must have knowledge of Open Source telephony products like Asterisk, Freeswitch, etc.
- Linux OS and MySQL database.
- Experience in building a QA framework for doing automated testing.
