Accountable for Talent Acquisition for all sales division as well as corporate office in Mumbai Worked with HR head to build up and execute robust the Talent Acquisition policy and process in the organization Responsible for Complete Talent Acquisition Cycle - Sourcing, Shortlisting, Scheduling, Preliminary screening, HR round of interviews, Salary negotiation, Offer letter generation and post offer follow ups) Creation of Job description for all the new/critical vacancies and keep a record of the existing job descriptions for the future reference Understanding the requirement of Business units and provide the manpower to the respective business units on time Introduced and launched Job Portal (Naukri.com) for the first time in the organization and there by working on cost effective hiring and reducing dependency on outside vendors Liaising with external vendors/consultants and keep follow up with them to close critical vacancies at faster pace Utilization of available possible resources (Job Portal, References, Job postings, Consultants, Social websites etc) to close the critical vacancies with minimum TAT Keep a track on the Existing vs Sanctioned vacancies and ensure that the hiring take place within sanction manpower budget Assist in preparation of Annual Man power Budget for company and keep a record of new sanctioned vacancies Create a Bench strength by generating database of active profiles for all the critical and regular vacancies Preparation of Monthly, Quarterly Manpower reports and present it in HR meet and CMD meet Take part in policy formation, discussion and revision meetings and provide inputs to upgrade the policies. Support other functions in HR like Employee engagement, Learning and OD etc in their projects

Qualifications:

Education:

You will be any graduate or a post grad degree holder. You will have a minimum of 4-10 years of experience in Medical Device/ Pharma Sales Hiring.

Monday - Saturday (WFO)/ 8.5 HRS
