Job description

Location: Bangalore, Durgapur, Siliguri, Guwahati, Kolkata.

Experience: Freshers or Minimum 1 Year Experience Into Health Insurance Sales.

Roles and Responsibilities: 

ï'· Achieve monthly topline targets. ï'· Ensure diversification of portfolio into the health products. 

ï'· Responsible for recruitment of Agents through various sources to ensure achievement of business targets. 

ï'· Responsible for Achieving overall GWP (Gross Written Premium). 

ï'· Responsible for sustainable profitability. 

ï'· Responsible to maintain COR at budgeted levels. 

ï'· Combined Ratio- Minimizing Loss & Cost of Acquisition
ï'· Ensure month on month activation of agents as per targets set. 

ï'· Coordinating with other departments such as U/W, Claims, & Operations. 

ï'· Responsible to maintain & enhance service levels provided to the clients thus ensuring sustenance of the existing business. This would be done through follow ups, coordination with other stakeholders for
approvals, pay-outs etc. & other administrative activities for seamless working. 

ï'· Ensuring IRDAI compliance regarding licensing & commission payments to Agents. 

ï'· Support/guide the Agents in all activities related to policy services. 

ï'· Train Agents/Channel partners on products, process and USPs of Company. 

ï'· Identify the area of improvement & enhance business opportunity. 

ï'· Responsible for explorations & identification of new business avenues by way of cold calling, generationof
referrals or business leads & networking through agents. 

ï'· Managing daily reports and MIS pertaining to the branch. 

ï'· Monitoring daily receipts, payments, and other bank transactions. 

ï'· Resolve the discrepancies raised by the Underwriter and issue policies at branch level.

ï'· Graduates/ Postgraduates ï'· Candidates with experience in agency sales in General Insurance/Broking organisations are preferred.
